- Yes, we can build in a scheduled payment plan that will be convenient for you.
We understand some months can be harder than others. You are allowed to miss two payments; you just cannot skip the first or last payment. If you need to skip a month send us an email and let us know! All payments must be completed by the final payment deadline to ensure your private trip is not cancelled.
What do I need to handle for my Private Trip?
If you have chosen the no flight package, you will need flights for your private trip.
We will let you know if you require to apply for a visa prior to arriving at the destination you have chosen.
In addition, your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of return.
- Please check the information relating to vaccination requirements for the destination you have chosen.
You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance. Travel insurance is required and recommended. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers any potential flight cancellations, Covid Cancellations and/or medical coverage abroad.
It is advisable to have some local currency for your expenses. Although ATM machines are available in many destinations, local currency might be required too.
Refund & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable because the flights, accommodation and activities are paid for once we get confirmation.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and you have up to 7 days after payment is made to request a refund for all payments made towards the remaining balance after the deposit.
